Exchange & Returns Policy

As we understand you cannot try on garments before purchasing, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange on your garment/s or a store credit (minus the postage cost). For this to occur we MUST receive your garment/s back within 10 days of delivery.


We only refund in the instance of manufacturing faults a refund will be issued upon receiving returned goods.


Garments should be returned as new, unused and with ALL tags still attached and we reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirement. Any garments that are returned to us, damaged or altered in any way, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


All garment/s that need to be returned to us MUST be sent using a trackable mail method to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely. Please take care when sending item/s back to us, as item/s that are lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer an exchange or a store credit on lost parcels.   We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.


If a garment/s is returned to us for exchange or a store credit, please note that the amount you can exchange for or your credit will be the purchase price only (does not include postage cost/s). The only time we will cover postage costs is when you receive an item with a manufacturing fault.  Faulty items will be addressed on a case by case basis.
